A scientist, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and Certified Story Coach, Lea blends cultural roots with professional expertise. She empowers others to amplify their voices, break barriers, and craft meaningful legacies. Lea’s mission also includes advocating for financial security, helping families prepare for unforeseen crises, and safeguarding their futures when it matters most.

With 30+ years of experience in communication, international sales, diverse team-building, and leadership, Mona is equipped to empower and transform in the global business arena. Speaking several languages has allowed Mona to work with people from 125+ countries. Mona allows those she works with the opportunity to reflect on personal experiences and define their values in more productive and inclusive ways to bridge gaps brought on by indifference.
Samia Molina | Event Manager
Born in the Dominican Republic, and raised between New York and Florida, Samia Molina is known for standing for world citizenship. Her mission is to create and expand more safe spaces around the world where beings can continue to come together—to offer havens where people can gather as they come to connect, elevate, evolve, and continue to transform.
Samia is the Founder of Home Event Incubators (HEI), a full white gloves-on concierge service provider company that creates and nurtures curated environments and experiences for live, virtual, and hybrid events within the personal development, business mastery, and energetic/spiritual coaching industries.
Savannah's Bachelor's in English has allowed them to develop a foundation in critical thinking through an exploration of language. It has also allowed Savannah to explore knowledge of cultural and literary trends from a number of different perspectives. They've followed this passion not only marketing but the research and creation of cross-cultural competence programs and presentations.
Savannah's professional background crosses multiple industries including small business marketing, DEI, education, and real estate. Their passion for writing and storytelling fuels their creativity to flourish in various forms.

Dr. Sabrina Sterling is a Digital Empowerment Advocate and Temperament Facilitator dedicated to bridging the digital divide. Outside of her primary role as a K-12 Technology Instructional Specialist, Sabrina teaches the principles of temperament theory & team building to students of various ages. Sabrina’s experience sharing her expertise on digital empowerment & differentiated instruction at ISTE, GaETC, and TEDx is why GWOI will be welcoming her as a speaker coach.

Jurate L. Wolfe is a people and systems scientist. She serves as a health coach and quantum medicine researcher with Empirical Mystic and supports the Artemis missions as a Senior Human Factors Analyst at Kennedy Space Center. Her diverse professional background spans the energy industry, law enforcement, mental health, research, and academia. Ms. Wolfe is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion.
